Hello, I’m Hannah — founder of Hannah’s Helping Hands Bristol.

I provide friendly, reliable companionship and practical home support to older people across Bristol, helping them remain independent, comfortable and connected in their own homes.

Hannah’s Helping Hands Bristol was built on my personal commitment to supporting older people with dignity, kindness and consistency. I understand how important it is for families to feel confident that their loved one is not only safe, but genuinely cared for.

As a mum of four, including children with additional needs, patience, organisation and empathy are part of my everyday life. Supporting others comes naturally to me, and I know that often it’s the small, steady acts of care that make the greatest difference.

I believe companionship is just as important as practical support. Whether it’s sharing a cup of tea, helping with shopping, preparing meals, attending appointments, or assisting with light household tasks, every visit is tailored to the individual’s needs and preferences.

As a sole provider, I take personal responsibility for every client I support. You will see a consistent, familiar face — someone who values clear communication, reliability and respect.

I am DBS checked and fully insured, and I operate in line with safeguarding and data protection standards. My services focus on non-regulated support, centred around independence, comfort and meaningful connection at home.
